I teach yoga, strength and movement for mums
I understand the struggles of being a mum and how finding time and energy for a movement practice can seem so challenging. There’s always something or someone demanding your attention, and taking care of yourself ends up at the bottom of the never-ending to-do list. It’s time to make a change.
When I was pregnant with my daughter, I was so unsure of what exercise was safe, what I should be doing to prepare my body for birth, and how I could maintain my strength and fitness. After she was born, I got the all-clear to exercise but had no idea what was right for my postpartum body.
I created the Grounded Movement Studio for women who are struggling with these same questions so I can share with others what I wish I had known back then. This is a space where you can move in fun and creative ways, work towards your training goals, and feel great in your body.
