I understand the struggles of being a Mum and how finding time and energy for a movement practice can seem so challenging. There’s always something or someone demanding your attention, and taking care of yourself ends up at the bottom of the never-ending to-do list. It’s time to make a change.

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I was so unsure of what exercise was safe, what I should be doing to prepare my body for birth, and how I could maintain my strength and fitness. After she was born, I got the all-clear to exercise but had no idea what was right for my postpartum body.

I created the Grounded Movement Studio for women who are struggling with these same questions so I can share with others what I wish I had known back then. This is a space where you can move in fun and creative ways, work towards your training goals, and feel great in your body.

Anna’s classes are magical.

Anna creates an environment which is transformative, supportive, warm, and meets you wherever you are at.
