During my first pregnancy, I struggled to figure out what exercises were safe, how to prepare for birth, and where to start with recovery. 


In my second pregnancy, 11 years later, I did things very differently. With the knowledge and experience I gained through my own training and qualifications, I felt empowered to move safely, stay strong and support my recovery. 

That’s why I created the Grounded Movement Studio – an online space where you can feel confident in your workouts, stay strong through every stage and enjoy movement that supports your body and your goals.

Anna’s classes are magical.

Every single time I walk away feeling more grounded, stronger, and able to face the week. Some days I drag myself to the hour feeling wrecked from no sleep and overwhelmed from having a newborn. Anna creates an environment which is transformative, supportive, warm, and meets you wherever you are at. It's the only class I’ve felt motivated to turn up to every week because I know that it will always make me feel more like myself and it will without fail make the rest of my week better.
