Pregnancy loss yoga classes focus on giving dedicated space to the traumatic experience of losing your baby. Let me guide you through gentle movement practices and breathwork sequences, where we acknowledge all the emotions that arise, and move the body with care, intention and love. Please know that you are not to blame for the loss of your baby, nothing you did or didn’t do caused this to happen. I am here for you.
Just sitting with what is can be one of the most challenging things to do, and also one of the most powerful. I created these meditations as a space for you to just be with all the grief and emotion that comes with the loss of miscarriage or losing a child. This practice is not about getting rid of the pain and sadness, rather about giving it the space it needs so that you can move through it whilst still holding that little being close to your heart. I guide you with breath, visualisation and mindfulness practices in these short meditations.
