In this 13 minute class we explore the full range of motion of the shoulders and also get the heart rate up a little with a variety of arm swings. Fantastic for that shoulder, neck and back tension. Awesome to balance out all that forward hunching with feeding and holding bub. This class is also suitable for early pregnancy, 1st and 2nd trimester.
