Our Online Classes
Our membership focuses on support during pregnancy, postpartum, and pregnancy loss. There are four class styles: yoga flow, mobility, core and strength. Each class has multiple options and modifications suited to your level and ability.
Pregnancy Classes
YOGA: A balance of flexibility/mobility, strength work, pelvic floor and core exercises, meditation and breathwork. A strong focus on intention setting and themes relevant to pregnancy and birth.
STRENGTH: Full body, circuit based strength classes, to help you maintain and build strength and endurance throughout your pregnancy. Little or no equipment required. Optional use of weights in some classes.
CORE: Safely strengthen and protect your core throughout pregnancy. Explore xercises that support your growing bump, maintain core strength, and help prepare your body for birth.
MOBILITY: Actively loading the joints through different ranges of motion with the goal of increasing that range. During pregnancy, strength building through the joints can help to minimise hip, back, and pelvic pain that is all too common.
Postpartum Classes
YOGA: An effective way to return to exercise after having your baby, incorporating core and pelvic floor recovery, flexibility/mobility, and strength work. A strong focus on mindfulness practices and breathwork to help you feel grounded during this chaotic time.
STRENGTH: Body weight exercises in a circuit-based style to help you rebuild your strength whilst working with the body to heal from pregnancy and birth.
MOBILITY: Actively loading the joints through different ranges of motion with the goal of increasing that range. These classes are perfect during the postpartum period to rebuild strength through the joints without putting high impact load on the healing body.
POSTPARTUM CORE: Safe and effective exercises to support your core recovery and rebuild your core strength. Prevent back, hip and pelvic pain and create stability throughout the whole body.
EARLY POSTPARTUM MOVEMENT: Designed for the first 6-12 weeks postpartum. You can even start these classes the day you give birth if you are feeling keen! Focus is on breath work, reconnecting with your pelvic floor and core muscles, and slow and gentle stretching.
Pregnancy Loss
If you have lost a baby at any stage along your journey I am so so sorry for this enormous loss. No words can make this experience any easier to bear, but just know that you are not alone, and everything that you are feeling is so valid. I am here for you Mama.
Pregnancy loss classes are created especially for this time of grieving. I will guide you through some gentle movement practices and meditations to support your journey.
