Pregnancy Classes

Grounded Movement prenatal practices support future mums during their pregnancy and help prepare their bodies for labour. Our pregnancy classes will help you feel strong and mobile, alleviate common pregnancy related aches and pains and prepare you for birth physically and mentally.

Postpartum Classes

Grounded Movement postnatal classes are designed specifically for new mums, and focus on recovery post birth. We work on pelvic floor and core function, building full body strength and mobility, and incorporating mindful, creative and joyful movement. 

Pregnancy Loss Classes

If you have lost a baby at any stage along your journey I am so so sorry for this enormous loss. No words can make this experience any easier to bear, but just know that you are not alone, and everything that you are feeling is so valid. I am here for you Mama. 

Pregnancy loss classes are created especially for this time of grieving. I will guide you through some gentle movement practices and meditations to support your journey.
